Who we are

Fancy Flights is a trading name of Back Of House Systems Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17355785. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@fancy.flights.

What we collect

When you join the list, we store:

• your email address
• how you found us (the referring site or campaign tag, if there was one)
• your approximate country, which our hosting provider works out from your connection
• the date and time you joined

That's all. There is no account and we don't take payment details at this stage.

Why we use it

To email you about our launch and to send you the flight deals you signed up for. We do this with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing from any email or by emailing us.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the list. When deal emails start, an email delivery provider will send them on our behalf. We'll update this policy to name that provider when we choose it.

We never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Then we delete it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers or analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent. Email hello@fancy.flights and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
